These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wellonik Design Studio's services, website, and any related applications. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Wellonik Design Studio provides professional design services including but not limited to logo design, brand identity development, web design, graphic design, and digital marketing materials. Our services are provided on a project basis with specific deliverables outlined in individual project agreements.
As a client, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, timely feedback, and necessary materials for project completion. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content, images, or materials you provide for use in your project.
Upon full payment, you will own the final design deliverables. However, we retain the right to display your project in our portfolio and marketing materials. We maintain ownership of any custom fonts, stock images, or third-party resources used in your project unless specifically purchased for your exclusive use.
Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
We include a specified number of revision rounds in our standard packages. Additional revisions may incur additional charges. Major changes to project scope after work has begun may require a new quote and additional fees. We strive to accommodate reasonable changes within the agreed revision limits.
Project timelines are estimates based on current workload and project complexity. While we strive to meet all deadlines, timelines may be affected by client feedback delays, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any timeline adjustments promptly.
We respect the confidentiality of your business information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. We may use your project for portfolio purposes unless you specifically request otherwise.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We provide services "as is" and cannot guarantee specific business outcomes from our design work.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date. We will deliver any completed work and provide a final invoice for services rendered.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify clients of significant changes via email.
